Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our research products, we maintain strict policies regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our research-grade peptides and the strict quality control measures required to maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored or handled according to our specifications.
Exceptions
We will gladly provide replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Items: If you receive products different from what you ordered
- Missing Items: If items are missing from your shipment
- Damaged Products: If products arrive damaged due to shipping or handling
- Quality Issues: If there is a verified quality issue with the product (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)
How to Report an Issue
If you receive an order with any of the above issues, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Include photographs of the damaged or incorrect items if applicable
- Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, you may not cancel your order. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Credit card refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will appear on your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
- Store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds
